Rogue One

Rogue One (2016)

Genre: Sci-Fi, Adventure, Action

A spin off movie based on the Star Wars Franchise which I simply loved πŸ˜€ . Whether you have watched the original movies (the 70’s), watched the entire Star Wars movies or have never seen any, you can still appreciate and enjoy this movie. The storyline is unique, entertaining and at times funny πŸ˜€ . The narrative isn’t confusing (so anyone who hasn’t seen any can understand) and I liked that it made plenty of references to previous Star Wars movies πŸ˜€ . I loved the entire Rogue One main characters especially Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) and Cassian Andor (Diego Luna). I loved their relationship (or hint of one πŸ˜› ) and the last scene we see them in this movie was spectacular (I can’t say because I don’t want to spoil it πŸ˜› ). K-2SO (Alan Tudyk) is now my favourite robot from the Star Wars franchise! He was so funny and had a attitude (and sass πŸ˜› ) problem which I simply loved πŸ˜€ ! A part of me would have loved the ending to have been different (when you see it you will understand) but it makes sense to end it the way it did. Plus I can’t deny it made this movie different from the others. I also appreciated how thy incorporated clips (and actual people) from the other films and made they fit seamlessly with the newer CGI in this movie. There are some sad tragic moments and the dark side are impressive πŸ˜€ . A great movie for Star War fans and for those who aren’t (as this is a standalone movie) that I definitely recommend πŸ˜€ Enjoy πŸ™‚

I give this film 5 Stars out of 5!

Save the Rebellion. Save the Dream.
