Paper Towns

Paper Towns (2015)

Genre: Drama, Mystery, Romance

I really wanted to see this film after seeing the amazingly successful “Faults in our Stars” and found it is pretty good πŸ˜› . All the actors were fantastic in this (Nat Wolff, Austin Abrams, Justice Smith, Halston Sage and Jaz Sinclair) but one stood out for me the most. Cara Delevingne was simply brilliant πŸ˜€ . She surprised me on how good of an actress she was as I stopped seeing the model and saw the character. The narrative itself was interesting and kept you entertained (hooks you enough to keep watching it). It isn’t a heartbreaking tear-jerker like Fault in our Stars but it has relatable themes, good characters and a strange uplifting feel to the end πŸ™‚ . I liked that this film isn’t what you expect and throws the predicable ending out the window πŸ˜› . My favourite moment that had me giggling in the cinema was the “Pokemon theme song” :P. Β This is a nice romance/mystery teen film that would appeal to those who like John Green novels/films πŸ™‚ Enjoy πŸ™‚ .

I give this film 3.5 Stars out of 5!
