Paddington (2014)

Genre: Comedy, Family film, Children

I don’t know what I was expecting from this film as I had heard a few reservations and negative comments. I was happily surprised that this actual was an alright family movie 🙂 . I liked the design and look of Paddington who was a very likable character. You can tell throughout that it is aimed for children and the jokes (which I accepted but did not laugh at) would be more appreciated by the younger generation. It stayed typical British (as it should with him being called Paddington) and the villain actually had a reason for being bad. They had thought out each of the plots and I appreciated the Mission Impossible moment! The Natural History museum section (near the end of the film) was my favourite and I loved the introduction even if I got a little confused over what period of time that was set in. Overall, good movie, pleasant characters and great for the family 🙂 . Enjoy!

I give this film 4 Stars out of 5!
